One Xbit Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

1 General Terms

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between One Xbit and its users. One Xbit is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving Bangladesh and other countries worldwide.

3 Age & Eligibility

One Xbit is an adults-only platform. Account creation or use by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

Proof of age may be requested during verification — a national ID, passport, or equivalent government-issued document is accepted. Failure to verify will result in the account and balance being suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on One Xbit are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed in a secure environment.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (may vary depending on the method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. In some cases, additional verification may cause delays.
• It is recommended that the payment method used for deposits and the destination for withdrawals be the same.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, One Xbit may place a hold on the payment pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applicable on the first deposit.
• If the required wagering conditions are not met after claiming a bonus, neither the bonus nor any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• If the same individual or household opens multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• One Xbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Any funds or benefits obtained through system bugs or errors are subject to cancellation.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on One Xbit.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified.
• One Xbit reserves the right to void bets on any match or event where the result was determined in advance.
• One Xbit is not liable for any bets lost due to system errors or connection issues.
• Bets associated with match-fixing or any form of manipulation may be subject to investigation.
• If odds are found to be incorrect, One Xbit reserves the right to make corrections — in such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
• Markets may close at any time during live betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on One Xbit. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account credentials with others.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources.
• Threatening or harassing other players or staff.
• Any form of fraudulent activity.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

One Xbit may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud is found.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request.

To close your account, contact our support team. Please withdraw your balance beforehand — withdrawals will still be processed after closure, provided the reason is not a breach of terms.
